Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
Shipping within New Zealand

We ship nationwide using NZ Couriers via our GoSweetSpot platform.

Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days for most urban addresses.

Rural delivery may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries. Delivery times vary depending on destination, but most orders arrive within 7–15 business days.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

If you haven’t received your tracking number within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
Lost or Damaged Parcels

We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with NZ Couriers.

Local customers may choose free pickup from our Raglan shop. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection.
