Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. This will be clearly noted on the product page.

Shipping within New Zealand

  • We ship nationwide using NZ Couriers via our GoSweetSpot platform.

  • Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days for most urban addresses.

  • Rural delivery may take an additional 1–2 business days.

  • Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to selected countries. Delivery times vary depending on destination, but most orders arrive within 7–15 business days.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

  • Free shipping promotions (if available) will be applied automatically at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

  • If you haven’t received your tracking number within 48 hours of your order confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

  • If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with NZ Couriers.

Click & Collect (if you want to include it)

  • Local customers may choose free pickup from our Raglan shop. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection.
